Participants must submit an entry form that includes a title page listing the project title, an abstract, the sponsoring teacher, high school name, student's name, student's Social Security Number, and student's home address. Participants must also submit a description of the project that does not exceed two pages. Submission of a design plan is also required. The descriptions should include the design's function and purpose and the need the design meets.
