About the competition

COMAP’s MCM and ICM are international contests that challenge teams of up to three students to analyze, model, and present solutions to open-ended application problems. These contests focus on research, analytics, and applied intelligence, along with skills in time management and problem selection.

Teams of up to three students select one of six problem choices and work over a contest weekend to develop their solution reports. Registration is completed online.
Open to high school and college undergraduate students worldwide.
