Participation Information
There are three phases to the competition. Students may enter as individuals or teams. Projects are reviewed by a panel of judges, and 300 projects are selected in October to compete in the regional competition in November, where students present a poster and make an oral presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session. Winners from each region compete in the national final in December in New York City.
