Destination Imagination (DI) is a global educational program that inspires students to work together to solve open-ended STEAM challenges. The program encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving skills. Students work in teams to tackle STEAM-based challenges and present their solutions in tournaments.

Participation Information
									Teams of students work together throughout the academic year to solve one of six STEAM challenges. They present their solutions at regional tournaments, with top teams advancing to state or national tournaments and the Global Finals.								
				
									Open to students from pre-K through university. Teams can consist of 2-7 members.								
				
									Trophies, medals, scholarships, and international recognition

                            1. Form a team and register through the DI program. 2. Select a STEAM challenge and work on the solution throughout the year. 3. Present the solution at regional tournaments, with opportunities to advance to higher-level competitions.                        
                    
                            Access to team activities, resources, and guidance from educators and parents. Teams receive challenge materials to guide their solutions.                        
                    
                            Judging is based on creativity, teamwork, and the effectiveness of the solution to the selected challenge. Top teams are recognized and awarded.
