About the competition

The Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) is the largest college-level cyber defense competition in the United States. It focuses on operational aspects of managing and protecting an existing network infrastructure. Students must protect their systems from real-world cyber threats, maintain service availability, and respond to injects simulating business tasks.

Teams participate in regional competitions, with winners advancing to the National CCDC. Registration for the 2025 season is currently open, and the event includes various rounds and a National Championship.
